The Dungog Cinema, called James Theatre, is the oldest purpose built cinema still operating in Australia. The Cinema operates on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons and nights. It runs full time during the school holidays. James Theatre is located not too far from the Dungog train station. Come along and enjoy the history of this old cinema.
